Welcome to Gamelaa (gamelaa.com). By creating an account or using our gaming engine, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration & KYC

• Eligibility: You must provide a valid email address and phone number to register.
• Verification: To maintain the integrity of our leaderboards and rewards, Gamelaa requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide accurate information.
• One Account Per User: Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to farm daily rewards or "Game Cards."

2. Virtual Assets & Economy

• Coins and Game Cards: All "Coins" and "Game Cards" earned, won, or received on Gamelaa are virtual assets only.
• No Monetary Value: These assets have no cash value and do not represent any form of legal tender, property, or profit-sharing in Gamelaa. They cannot be redeemed from Gamelaa for real-world currency.
• Gifting & Conversion: Players may send Game Cards to friends or convert them into Coins within the platform for gameplay.
• Outside Transactions: Gamelaa does not facilitate or officially support the sale of Game Cards for real-world money outside the platform. If you choose to engage in such trades with third parties, you do so entirely at your own risk. Gamelaa is not liable for scams or losses occurring through external exchanges.

3. Subscriptions

• Daily Bonuses: Users may pay a subscription fee to receive a higher volume of "Free Coins" upon their first daily login.
• Non-Subscribers: Standard users will continue to receive a smaller daily coin allowance at no cost.
• No Refunds: Subscription fees are paid for the access to enhanced platform features and are generally non-refundable.

4. Brand Games & Gaming Engine

• Creation: Individuals, groups, or companies may pay a fee to use the Gamelaa engine and algorithms to create "Brand Games."
• Ownership: While the creator owns the "Brand" and specific game logic they provide, the underlying engine, code, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Gamelaa.
• Third-Party Responsibility: Gamelaa is a hosting platform. We are not responsible for the themes, rules, or user-management of games created by third parties.

5. Official Games & Rewards

• Monthly Rewards: Gamelaa hosts official games that may offer rewards to winners on a monthly basis.
• Fair Play: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes using bots, scripts, or exploiting bugs will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Service: Gamelaa is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for service interruptions, loss of virtual assets due to technical errors, or the actions of other players.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamelaa’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gamelaa in the six months prior to the claim.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, reverse-engineer the gaming engine, or harass other players or creators.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Gamelaa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
